Include these details

Exchange name and exact market code
Date, time and time zone of the observation
The page address where it appeared
Expected value and the value displayed
A screenshot and device information when possible

Do not send exchange passwords, API keys, order credentials or other sensitive account secrets.

Account and privacy

Help us identify the request

For login or watchlist synchronization issues, include the email used for the account and when the error occurred. For access, correction or deletion requests, place “Privacy request” in the subject so it can be routed correctly.

Requests that affect an account are processed after ownership is verified. There is no need to include a password in the message.
